Welcome to Manufaktur der Träume!

The family museum invites you to discover the culture of Erzgebirge. Imaginatively staged landscapes with carved and turned figures, historical toys, miniatures, Christmas mountains and much more fascinate children and adults alike. Many interactive stations bring the objects to life.

sehensWERT - 19th annual exhibition of the artist group exponaRt

January 18th - April 24th, 2022

The artist group exponaRt has its roots in the Ore Mountains and has already made a name for itself both nationally and internationally. In their 19th annual exhibition, the ten artists presented their new and latest works at Manufaktur der Träume.

Juliana - A Life in Dolls

July 15th - October 31th 2021

A unique collection of dolls from Queen Juliana of the Netherlands (1948-1980) at Manufaktur der Träume. After Annaberg-Buchholz, the special exhibition went to be seen in Hanau and Leens in the Netherlands.

Leonty Usov

Leonty Usov - sculptor from Siberia

October 22nd 2020 - June 13th 2021

Due to corona, with long breaks, Manufaktur der Träume has presented an impressive show of unspoilt, surrealistic sculpture from Siberia: finest sculptures made from Siberian cedar wood, portraits and allegories.
